The social scum

I really hate those social scum that always guide you to park your car on a government-owned parking space. This kind of scum are usually drug addict. After you get out of you car, you have to pay them a dollar or two to let them "keep an eye" on your car.
Today I get past of my neighborhood. To my surprise, there is such a scum appeared in my neighboorhood now. Believe me, I am so farking pissed to see this! I told my mom that I am going to make a report to the closest police station and see what the police with do with it, my mom said, don't waste your time and petrol doing this. I have no intention to park my car there because I just passed by. But in future, if he ask money from me, I am not going to give anything to him. I am not going to feed him my hard-earned money. Sometimes I think this kind of solicitation is as same as asking protection money
I tell you, if I see he did something to my car just because I didn't pay him anything, he better becareful and disappear in my neighborhood forever, because I am going to teach him a lesson that he never forgot in his entire miserable life. No Shit!
