Suddenly I feel like sharing this 'Transporter' story that was told by my friend. He saw a wrecked German marque in the workshop, so he asked the mechanic what happened? The mechanic told him the driver of a "
tauke" (boss) has met a accident... So how did it happened? According to the driver who is OK after the crashed, he said that he dropped his boss at airport in KL to take a flight to
Penang, then the boss expect him could make it to
Penang airport and pick him up from there. I was like '
WTH?' after listening to this kind of 'story'! From KL to
Penang take less than one hour by plane, after you checked in and out, assume without check in luggage, it will takes you slightly over an hour. I assume the boss reached the airport one hour before boarding, so the driver is given like 2 and half hour to drive from KL to
Penang!! You don't want your boss to wait right? Normal driving time if you are
cruising at 120km/h will also takes you more than 3 hour , assuming no major traffic. I guess the driver must be 'cruising' at 200km/h in order to fetch his boss on time. This kind of
blardy boss really knows how to make full use of his driver!! Doesn't he know that he is risking someone
else's life? Why can't he get a rental car there or hire a taxi himself!?
