Went to IOI mall for a movie last week, when we plan to go back around 10:30pm, we were stunned by the long queue near to the auto pay station, it took us 15 minutes on the queue to line up for paying our parking tickets. As usual, one auto pay machine is 'out of order' and it take weeks to repair, the only functioning one is serving all the people. Shouldn't they put in more auto pay station and/or set up a counter like Mid Valley as well? The complex mall manager must be sleeping on his job! When I reached home, I took my effort to send an email to the IOI Corp HQ email and also send some photos to Star's thumbnail session.
