Marabou Candies

My boss came back from Sweden few days ago after his 5-weeks vacation, on the first day of his work, he brought a plastic bag to the office which is full of candies. Like a Santa Clause, he gave each of us a bar of chocolate candy, the one I got is the Marabou "Non Stop", with M&M-like chocolate candies inside the chocolate bar. I find it quite tasty because the milk taste of the choc bar is quite ok, I ate like 3-6 squares everyday, the only turn off is the M&M-like candies inside the chocolate because the coating of the candies is kinda sweet.

This afternoon while I was discussing something with one of our PMs, who is a Malay girl (30+ y/o). I notice she got this unopened Marabou "Daim"on her table. It seems that not all the chocolates are the same...

So I ask her in a joking way, "Hey Azura, do you have any concern like putting on your weight if you consume too much chocolates? Actually she is quite ok in terms of figure, she got an average figure after she gave birth, she is quite mean and often yelling at others, lucky she is ok with me... Azura just tell me directly that I can have her choc, while another PM was laughing loudly after he heard that what I said to her. She picked up her choc and flip to the other side, she said that the choc contains something that she can't eat....Before she find out what ingredient it is, I said, "That's alright, just hand it to me and I will take care for it"... She handed over to me and say, "Yeah, you can have it, give it to your kid or something..." Wah lau eh... in a sudden, it makes me wonder if I am that old?

In case you are curious, the Marabou is "Made in Sweden" and it is under "Kraft food". So you can't find it in Giant, perhaps not even IKEA.

Dinner with ex colleagues

Had a sushi buffet with some ex colleagues at Do Dai Mon located at Jalan Ampang, the buffet is not really a 'buffet'. What you do is you pick whatever you want to eat on the menu (selected items on the menu you need to pay seperately for it, even the ginger!), and they will have it deliver to you. Price wise is similar to Jogoya restaurant. For the same price, I think I will opt for Jogoya due to they have more choices there, and they serve Haggen Daaz ice-cream. You can eat till your belly explode.

My humble collection

My humble collection, still not willing to pay for something with 5 figures yet, I guess my "final destination" is the crown. :) I am still 'sincerely' waiting for Alfred to sell me his 'crown' at used price for less than 5 figure.
The G-Shock I got comes with special features, Tough solar and Wave Ceptor, besides it can absorb the solar energy from the sun, when you press a button of the watch, leave it near the window and it will automatically update the time from satelite to ensure your time accuracy. Cool ya? Anyway, this feature only work in US and Japan.

刚才经过书房，门开着，我妈在折衣服。。。
妈：这个手帕是不是你的？
广：不是，我不用手帕的。。。
妈：那你用什么东西抹汗？
广：我在公司上班，哪有那么多汗来擦？又不是做泥水（地盘工人）的。。。
妈：如果你做泥水，你要准备毛巾了，不是手帕。
广and妈: Hahahahah

（此小品绝对没有对在太阳曝晒底下，辛勤工作的地盘工人有任何歧视。）

Anyway, now I have my own DSLR, all though is an entry level camera, but I look forward to deliver more nice photos to you guys, now I just need to master the skills of photography.

经常觉得很纳闷，为什么我的相机拍不到我要的效果？有时候觉得自己还是有少许艺术天分的！（呕）。
上次去The Mines时领教了我旧同事花了近一万块钱的Canon 5D相机（另加摄像头），开始让我心动了。由于本人近来心情低落又火爆，所以我也花了两千多块钱买了一架入门DSLR (Digital Single-lens Reflect)来学习学习，也顺便买了去柬埔寨的机票，准备开张我的相机。我用新相机拍了几张照片以后真的发觉照片的颜色和质感跟我们用的普通Compact Camera有一定的差别！小相机真的可以“扔”了！当然我没有这样做，不过我会收着作为普通拍摄用途。

I was touched by the song when I first hear it, the lyrics is very simple yet it is meaningful. It promote world peace for the humankind that live in the one and only world that we are staying, everybody is in one family, no point having war with each other. I never know who is Sarah Brightman until I hear she sing the theme song of Olympics 2008, so does Liu Huan, both of them did a fabulous job! Well done!

After listening to the theme song I few times, now I recall who is "Sarah Brightman", because her voice is so sweet and familiar to me, she is the singer who play Christine Daae in the Phantom of the Opera by Andrew L. Webber.
